A durable catalog of Anthropic's real customer-support plugin.
Anthropic publishes an open-source knowledge-work-plugins repository -- 11 plugins, each turning Claude into a specialist for a role. One of them, customer-support, is described by the repo's own README as helping to "Triage tickets, draft responses, package escalations, research customer context, and turn resolved issues into knowledge base articles", connecting to Slack, Intercom, HubSpot, Guru, Jira, Notion, and Microsoft 365.
This site does not install that plugin, embed its code, or claim to be a copy of it. It records real, cited facts about it -- its one-line description, its connector list, and the generic plugin directory structure documented in the parent repo -- as durable, queryable D1 rows, the same way every other primitive in the subagent*.com family catalogs a real external or internal source rather than inventing content.
Every row's source_url points at the exact GitHub page the fact came from -- fetched live, not recalled from memory.
GitHub's subdirectory tree view for customer-support/ itself renders client-side and could not be enumerated by this session's fetch tool -- no invented skill/command filenames are catalogued. See the concepts page.
1 description, 7 connectors, 4 generic plugin-structure facts -- nothing padded in to look more complete.
